Letter from Sefton Immunisation Service

Dear Parents/carers

All children aged 12 to 15 years are being offered the COVID-19 vaccination.
Vaccinating children should help to reduce the need for children to have time off school and avoid disruption to face to face education whilst also reducing the spread of COVID-19 within schools
During our next phase in schools the immunisation team will be offering COVID dose 1or dose 2 vaccines; this will be dependent on consent being received and following 12 weeks from 1st dose, positive Covid test or Covid illness.
We kindly request you complete your child’s form following the below link even if you don’t want your child vaccinating before

Midnight Thursday 17/02/22 to support campaign planning.

Many Thanks,
School based immunisation services
Chairman: Beatrice Fraenkel
Chief Executive: Prof Joe Rafferty, CBE
