Information about start of Spring Term and on-site Testing

There will be a staggered start this term to allow pupils to be tested on-site. We will also be re-introducing the wearing of face masks in classrooms in accordance with current government advice. Please ensure your child arrives to school with a mask as supplies in school are limited.

Can you also please ensure your child takes a Lateral Flow Test the night before returning to school.

Tuesday 4th January

No school for any pupils, Years 7, 8 and 11 pupils will come in for an on-site test (see below).

Wednesday 5th January

Normal School for Years 7, 8 and 11. Year 9 and 10 pupils will come in for an on-site test (see below)

Thursday 6th January

Normal school for all pupils.

Information for Pupils participating in Testing

For those pupils participating in testing they should arrive in school through the main entrance at the times indicated below. Once they have taken their test they will be able to leave straight away. If a positive result is found parents will be contacted immediately. Pupils do not need to wear school uniform to attend their testing appointment, however they need to be wearing a face covering in accordance with latest advice.
